Jose Araiza
May 27, 1949 - January 13, 2025
Jose Araiza, 75, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, January 13, 2025.
Jose was a proud business owner, having founded South Texas Breakers, where he diligently worked in the wholesale industrial electrical supply industry for over 20 years. Hardworking to a fault, he was often referred to as a “workaholic,” driven by his commitment to his profession and his family. His passion for life extended beyond business; he cherished the gathering of friends and family around the grill for carne asada, which brought him immense joy and laughter.
Jose exemplified what it meant to be a devoted partner. Together, they nurtured a loving home where faith was central and cherished. A man of strong beliefs, Jose's faith shaped his life and guided his actions, inspiring all who knew him. He was a big man, not only in stature but in heart—a true pillar of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Jesus Araiza and Maria Araiza, siblings; Jesus Araiza, Sergio Araiza, and Rosario Rodriguez.
Left to cherish his memory his beloved wife for 44 wonderful years; Rosa Bertha Araiza, children; Jose Alejandro (Olga Valverde) Araiza, Hector Jesus (Christy) Araiza, and Juan Ricardo (Janel) Araiza, grandchildren; Janell Mercie Araiza, Mackenzie Alexsandra Araiza, Oscar Martinez, III., Kristy Lee Martinez, Hector Jesus Araiza, Jr., Kaylee Marie Araiza, Richard Matthew Araiza, and Jaelynn Riahn Araiza, siblings; Arturo (Lourdes) Araiza, San Juana Araiza and Clara Araiza, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
