Mr. Jose Angel "Manito" Martinez, 78, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 11, 2013. He is preceded in death by his sister, Carlota Martinez and his brother, Pablo Martinez Jr. Jose Angel leaves behind to cherish his memories, his beloved wife of over 56 years of marriage: Noemi G. Martinez; children: Mirta (Juan Martin) Muoz, Elisa (Juan Francisco) Mendoza; grandchildren, Kristian E. (Jose Antonio) Alanis, Juan Martin Muoz Jr., Edgar Josue Muoz, Angelica Noemi Muoz; and his great granddaughter, Adrienne Joy Alanis. He will be remembered by all his loving extended friends and other relatives. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Prayer service will be celebrated at 7 p.m. A Chapel service officiated by Pastor Dorso Maciel will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 9 a.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel, 1410 Jacaman Rd. Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
