Mr. Jesus "Jesse" Tapia, Jr., 60, entered into eternal rest on September 11, 2019 in Laredo, Texas. He was born to Jesus and Josefa Tapia on July 24, 1959 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Shortly after they moved and resided in Laredo, Texas, where he was educated and proudly graduated from “La Martin”, Class of 1977, something he would never let us forget. His passions included cruising down the roads in his custom Harley as well as a general customization of any vehicle he owned. Jesus worked for Sysco Food Service Company for over 20 years; a job from which he retired from. He eternally loved his family. It is those memories that will keep us together as we mourn and celebrate his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Jesus and Josefa Tapia.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his son: Jesus (Jessenia) Tapia, III; mother of his son: Lourdes Rangel-Ochoa; grandchildren: Jaden E. Tapia, Janelle E. Tapia; siblings: Rosaura Rodriguez, Rebeca Trevino, Guadalupe (Eduardo) Sosa, Jose L. Tapia, Everado (Sylvia E.) Tapia, as well as a great number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
