JESUS ROBERTO PEREZ August 10, 1952 - April 23, 2014 Jesus Roberto Perez, 61, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Felix and Luz Maria Perez; his brothers, Raymundo "Tigre" Perez, Pedro Perez, and Luciano Perez. Jesus is survived by his siblings, Guillermo C. (Ruth) Perez, Guadalupe Monica (Arturo) Navarro Jr.; sisters-in-law, Lola Norris, Cheryl Perez; nieces and nephews, James (Myrna) Perez, Joel (Cristina) Perez, Tinskua A. Perez, Tekuani (Jackie) Perez, Tsapki J. Perez, Eranni Perez, Quanah F. Perez, Lucy Ashuni Perez, Luc Perez, Rachel Guadalupe Perez, Valerie M. Navarro, Vanessa M. Navarro, Victoria M. Navarro, Arturo "Artie" Navarro III; godson, Alfonso Lucio; as well as numerous other loved relatives and friends. We, the family, would like to extend our gratitude to all the medical staff at Laredo Medical Center's ICU, 5th floor, ER, and 2C for all their patience, kindness, and dedication shown to our beloved Jesus. The family will receive condolences the evening of Thursday the 24th of April 2014 in the main chapel at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel, 1410 Jacaman Rd., from 3 to 10 in the evening. A Prayer service officiated by Pastor Maribel Hernandez will be celebrated at 7 p.m. A Chapel service officiated by Rev. Rose Marie Mijon will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel, 1410 Jacaman Rd. Interment with Military Honors will then follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by Post Legion 59 and Fort Sam Houston Honor Guard.
