James Texas

James Burt Gloria, Jr., 30, entered into his everlasting peace on July 24, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas, surrounded by his family. He was born to James and Maria Teresa Gloria on June 13, 1987 in Laredo, Texas. James made an unforgettable memory not only to his family, but to his friends and all who knew him. Heaven gained an angel, our angel. May you rest in peace in the presence of God our Father Almighty and from there, watch over us and protect us.

He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents: Jesus J. and Laverne Sikocinski Gloria; maternal grandparents: Enrique and Maria Guadalupe Ibarra Longoria.

Left behind to cherish and remember him are his parents: James Burt Sr. and Maria Teresa Gloria; siblings: Maria G. (Cynthia) Gloria-Ramirez, Sandra (Jose Juan) Morales, Elizabeth Marie (Jose Manuel Mendiola) Gloria and Adrian Bernard Gloria. He is further survived by his nieces and nephews: Ryan Rene Ramirez, JJ Morales Jr., Jacob Anthony Morales, Jonathan Andrew Morales, Joshua Alexander Morales, Valerie Nicole Morales, Katheryn Marie Gloria, Jose Manuel Mendiola III and Jaziel Zoe; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Vigil and Rosary will be held at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart the funeral chapel on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. to St. Frances Cabrini (Mother Cabrini) Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
