INEZ JUDITH DE LOS SANTOS

JANUARY 21, 1935 – NOVEMBER 24, 2020

Mrs. Inez Judith De Los Santos, 85, entered into eternal rest on November 24, 2020.

Our mom’s passion for working with children led her to pursue her education.  She began at Laredo Junior College where she obtained her Associates Degree, and continued at Laredo State University where she acquired her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education.  She worked at Bruni Elementary and JC Martin Elementary respectively, as a kinder teacher until she retired. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Ernestina Genera; husband, Ruperto De Los Santos; son, David Ruperto De Los Santos, and brother, Raul Genera.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Raul R. (Josefina) De Los Santos, Rebecca De Los Santos, Daniel R. (Sarahi) De Los Santos, Judith (Arturo Villarreal) De Los Santos, Dennis R. (Claudia) De Los Santos; grandchildren, Danielle, Carlos, Rebecca, Stephanie, Arturo, Joshua, Emily, Jade, Naomi, Julie; and great-grandchildren, David, Dylan, Ethan, and Evelyn, along with other numerous loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 7 to 10:30 a.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez, where a rosary will commence at 9:00 a.m.

The funeral procession will depart at 10:40 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
