INA SCOTT URIBE
September 19, 1924 - October 17, 2016

Ina Scott Uribe passed away peacefully at her home on October 17, 2016, at the age of 92. Ina was born in Laredo, Texas, where she was a lifelong resident.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Adolfo Aldo Uribe.

Ina had a great love for life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory is her loving family.

She is survived by her children, Adolfo Aldo (Malena Ferrara) Uribe Jr., David Samuel Uribe, Melissa Leonor (Felix) Uribe-Garcia; grandchildren, Christina Abril (Andrew) Uribe-Lu, Melissa Arianna Uribe, Cassandra Melissa Vara, Andrea Leonor Garcia; and great grandchildren, David and Daniel Lu.

Visitation will be held on Saturday morning, October 22, 2016 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. The Funeral Procession will depart at 9:30 a.m. to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Rite of Committal & Interment will follow at the Uribe Family Cemetery in San Ygnacio, Texas.

Pallbearers will be: Adolfo Aldo Uribe Jr., David Samuel Uribe, Felix Garcia, David Roel Zapata, Mario A. Uribe, and Andrew Lu.
