Hortensia Leon

Mrs. Hortensia de Leon joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at the age of 82. She was a devoted member of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Vicente de Leon; brother Mario de Leon; and her parents Marciano de Leon and Andrea Gonzalez de Leon.

She is survived by her daughter Elsa de Leon; grandchildren Erika (Juan) Cisneros, Jose A. (Karla) Jimenez, Jr., and Clarissa Jimenez; great-grandchildren Amber L. Cisneros and Kaylin A. Cisneros; siblings Maria Luisa (Jose ") Pena, Mario " (Josefina) de Leon, Paula de Leon, Margarita (Eleuterio) Rocha, and Jose Luis (Maria Gloria) de Leon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to: Dr. Adolfo Aldape, Dr. Eduardo Miranda, nurses and staff at Nurses on Wheels, as well as Rebecca Maldonado for their compassionate care and attention given to Hortensia during her illness.
