HECTOR FELIPE MARTINEZ AUGUST 11, 1951 - JANUARY 10, 2015 Hector Felipe Martinez, local businessman, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the age of 63. He was born on August 11, 1951 in Laredo, Texas to the late Sinecio and Maria Montalvo Martinez. He is preceded in death by his son, Hector F. Martinez, Jr.; his brother, Sinecio Martinez, Jr.; his in-laws Aureliano, Jr. and Stella Taylor Uribe, and his brother-in-law, William N. (Billy) Hall, Jr. To cherish his loving memory is his wife of 37 years, Leticia Uribe Martinez. He is also survived by his brothers Jesse J., Roberto (Sylvia), Jorge (Annette) Martinez; sisters Tina (Richard) Carey, Diana I. Martinez de Montemayor, Sara Alicia Meyer; sisters-in-law Carmen (Sinecio), Annabelle (Billy) Hall, Jr., and numerous nephews and nieces. As per his wishes a private memorial service was held Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez. Inurnment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. He was loved and respected by many and he will be greatly missed.
