Guadalupe Toler

Mrs. Guadalupe E. Toler passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Guadalupe, 87, was born on December 12, 1931 in Zapata, TX.

Everybody loves a Role Model… So everybody loved “Lupita.”

Mrs. Toler is preceded in death by her parents Abel and Felicidad P. Ramirez Sr.; husband, Martin C. Garza; son, Carlos C. Garza, siblings: Abel Ramirez, Alvaro Ramirez, Adalberto Ramirez, and Olga Gibson.

Left to cherish her memory are children: Sylvia (Raul) Palacios, Jorge (Suzan) Garza and Sherry Lynn (Candelario) Rodriguez; sister, Sara (Arturo) Romero; ex-husband, Charles D. (Phyllis) Toler, grandchildren: David Garza, Analisa Garza-Cavazos, Lauren Cavazos, Krysta Wong, Jorge D. Garza, Charles J. Toler, Crystal N. Charles and fourteen great-grandchildren as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday evening, July 19, 2019 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday morning, July 20, 2019 departing at 8:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
