FLORA V. RICO MAY 06, 1928 - NOVEMBER 26, 2014 Flora V. Rico, 86, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Mrs. Flora V. Rico is preceded in death by her son: Martin Rico, Jr.; parents: Eusebio and Angela L. Villegas; siblings: Juan Villegas, Francisca (Jose) Mata, and Maria Estela (Fidencio) Vela. She is survived by her daughters: Guadalupe (Ramiro) Castillo, Maria Adriana (Gerardo) Rodriguez; son: Jose Manuel (Alicia) Rico; daughter-in-law and caregiver: Elizabeth M. Rico and Laura A. Sanchez; grandchildren: Melissa (Andres) Villanueva, Selina (Adolfo) Galvan, Jennifer (Marlon) Lopez, Gerardo Rodriguez, Jr., Johanna Rico-Veronica Gutierrez, Martin Rico III - Claudia Jarero, Judith Rico, Christina Rico, Kassandra Rico, Justin Rico, Klarissa Rico; great-grandchildren: Kayla Reyes, Bryanna Volpe, Aleia and Andres Villanueva, Jr., Ray Lopez, Nathan Galvan; sister: Celestina (Roberto) Castillo; brothers: Eugenio (Maria) Villegas, Raul (Hortencia) Villegas, Antonio (Evelia) Villegas, and sister-in-law: Francisca C. Villegas. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, December 1, 2014 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 8am to 10:45am. Procession will depart at 10:45am from the funeral home to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
