Fernando Cruz

Fernando M. De La Cruz, 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.

Mr. De La Cruz was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired federal government employee with 30 years of service. He was a kindhearted, caring, and thoughtful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He enjoyed reading, dancing, and going to the beach; but nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his loving family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria De La Cruz; his six children whom he was extremely proud of and loved dearly, Rosalinda (Guillermo) Garcia, Laura (Alfredo) Castillo, Adriana (Phillip) Pena, Sandra (Rudy) Juarez, Fernando De La Cruz Jr., Glenda (Nick) Alvarado; grandchildren, Celina (Richard) Hernandez, Christina (Cory) Chambers, Jaime Garcia, Melissa (Collin) Campion, Elisa Alvarado, Meagan De La Cruz, Alyssa (Trent) Becker, Danielle Alvarado, Michael Juarez; great grandchildren, Richard Cade Hernandez, Emma Pitre; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
