ESTHER CERVANTES MALDONADO MAY 31, 1926 - MAY 23, 2015 Mrs. Esther Cervantes Maldonado, 88, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her family at her side in Rockwall, TX on Saturday, May 23, 2015 Mrs. Maldonado is preceded in death by her former husband Benito Maldonado Sr. She is lovingly survived by her children: Benito (Eric Harper) Maldonado Jr., Gilberto (Sylvia) Maldonado, Humberto Lira; grandchildren: Gilberto Jr., Yvette, Michelle, Robert, Albert Maldonado, Veronica, and Yolanda Lira; great grandchildren: Jasmin and Gilberto Maldonado III; as well as her beloved female companion puppy "Graciela" and Kitty Cat "El Jamon". The family will celebrate her life with a Memorial Service on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 6 to 9 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. Cremation will be held at a later date.
