Estela Mounetou

Estela Mounetou, 65, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Estela was born in Posarica, Veracruz, Mexico. Her determination and hard work led her to establish a business in export industry. She was key to the success of her business and the growth of rail export volume through the Laredo border.  She was proud of her family and of her hard work.  Unfortunately, she lost her ability to enjoy life after a short fight with cancer. Estela will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother Alicia Mounetou Treviño.

Left to cherish her memory her siblings; Dora Alicia Guarneros Mounetou, Virginia Guarneros (Lonnie Vaughn), Francisco Guarneros (Mirna Garcia). Children; Francisco Covarrubias (Ana Cecilia), Cynthia Covarrubias, Umberto Fasci. Grandchildren; Saralicia, Bianca, Viviana, Diego, Andrew.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, April 14, 2022 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Prayer Service will commence at 7 p.m.
