ESTELA GARCIA HOWELL June 04, 1919 - February 10, 2015 On Tuesday, February 10, 2015, Estela Garcia Howell passed on to eternal rest after a brief illness. At her bedside were her nieces, Gloria Flores and Hilda Garcia. Estela is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Howell, after 10 years of marriage. Also preceding her are her three maiden sisters, Olivia, Ofelia, and Alicia Garcia; parents, Eustolio Garcia Gutierrez and Olivia Barrera Garcia. Visitation will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Procession will then depart at 9:45 a.m. to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
