FEBRUARY 19, 1936 – OCTOBER 14, 2017

Ernesto Solis, 81, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 14, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Aurora San Miguel Solis.

Ernesto is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carmen Cruz Solis; his daughter, Elda Hoehn; grandson, Daniel (Yeseña) Tijerina; and great grandson, Daniel Tijerina III.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel; 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from the funeral home at 10 a.m. to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.

Interment with Military Honors will then follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
