Enrique Urbina, 59, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, August 6, 2022.

Jesucristo nos dice claramente, “Yo soy la resurrección y la vida, El que cree en mi, aunque haya muerto, vivirá, y todo aquel que está vivo y cree en mí, no morirá para siempre.”

Enrique was blessed with a large and beautiful family. He was a loving husband, strict but a funny father of 2 daughters and 3 sons. His hobbies were fishing, riding his motorcycle and watching karate movies in the comfort of his own home. He loved the weekend family gatherings (Carne Asadas) in his backyard where he would see his children and grandchildren play together. Kike was a God-fearing man, who in his own way, would seek after the Lord and his presence. Dad, we love you, you will be greatly missed, but know that we take comfort in knowing that we will see you again according to the promises in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sara Perez; and brother Ricardo Urbina.

He is survived by his wife Rosa E. Urbina; children, Luis Gomez, Enrique Urbina Jr (Laura Salinas), Erika (Hector) Lopez, Linda (Rolando) Sanchez, Cesar Urbina (Perla Sanchez); 10 grandchildren, Amber, Hector Jr, Benjamin, Diego, Linette, Caroline, Renatta, Samantha, Karla, Nelly and 5 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by his siblings, Miguel Espinoza, Jorge (Belinda) Espinoza, Argentina (Arturo) Maldonado, Patricia (Esmeralda) Urbina, Sonia (Jesus) Tirrador; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Saturday evening, August 13, 2022, from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Memorial service will take place at 7pm.  All services will conclude the same day.
