ELISA H. MORALES November 23, 1941 - November 26, 2015 Mrs. Elisa H. Morales, 74, entered into the kingdom of heaven on Thursday, November 26, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. She was employed at Mercy Hospital for 21 years and retired in March 19, 1999 as a certified nurse's assistant. She loved the profession dearly. Mrs. Morales is preceded in death by her husband: Jose C. Morales, Sr. She leaves behind many memories that will live on in the hearts and minds of her beloved family; Mary (David Lara) Morales, Rebecca M. (Daniel) Rigal, Jose C. (Edna) Morales Jr., Martin (Antonia) Morales, Jessica Mae (Carlos Adan) Morales; 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Arturo (Anita) Hernandez, Everett (Elisa) Hernandez, Alex (Verna) Hernandez, Helen Ramos, Diane (Cipriano) Mireles, Richard (Mary) Hernandez; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other beloved relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences on Thursday, December 03, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd., where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, December 04, 2015 departing at 11:20 am from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2219 Galveston St., for a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jesse Brondo, Brandon Brondo, Jorge Flores Jr., Daniel Isaac Rigal, Martin Morales Jr., Antonio Jose Morales, Rick Hernandez Jr., and Jose C. Morales III.
