Dora Alicia Casarez, 52, entered into our Lord's heavenly kingdom on Thursday, October 23, 2014 surrounded by her loving and caring family. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jesus A. Hernandez; and her brother in law, Jose A. Rios. Dora is survived by her loving life partner, Jose Angel Mendoza; children, Jessica (Daniel) Zapata, Claudia (Jesus) Campos, Sergio Alberto (Michelle) Casarez, and Jesus Armando (Janneisy) Casarez; grandchildren, Laura, Ashley, Arlene, Jessalynn, Daniel, Felix, Priscilla, Joshua, John, Jocelyne, Jesus, Justin, Cassandra, Sergio Jr., Isaiah, Cristian, Jesus Jr., Ernesto, Jeniece, Jayden, and Brandon; mother, Epifania Casarez; siblings, Reynaldo (Yolanda) Tolentino, Juan Rene Hernandez, Ruben (Maribel) Vasquez, Alejandra Lopez, Veronica Lara, Anita (Joe) Varela, Cynthia ( Joe) Rios, and Maria Isabel (Mario) Nuez; sisters-in-law, Lisela Hernandez and Dora E. Hernandez; as well as by numerous loved relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Vigil for the Deceased will commence at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday morning, October 28, 2014 departing at 8 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
