Diana Texas

Our beloved and blessed mother, widow, grandmother, sister, and friend, Diana E. Mireles, has entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 07, 2016, at the age of 66. Heaven could not have gained a more blessed soul. She has now joined her husband and her mother. She fought valiantly until the end to stay with her loving family, but left this earth to be with our Heavenly father Lord Jesus Christ.

Diana was a graduate from J.W. Nixon High School and attended Laredo Community College. She worked as a teacher for the Webb County Headstart Program for 22 years.

She was preceded in death by her beloved, Fidel A. Mireles Sr.; and her parents, Fidel Martinez and Rebecca Hernandez.

Diana is survived by her children, Fidel (Myrna) Mireles Jr., Melissa (Armando) Arce, Xavier (Evelyn) Mireles, Gabriel (Yesenia) Mireles; her grandchildren, Anthony Matthew Mireles, Sabrina Arce, Samantha Arce, Gabriel Allen Mireles, Robert Bianco Mireles, Jace Alexander Mireles; as well as by her sisters, Yolanda Martinez from Austin, Texas and Olga Dunbar from Loxley Alabama. She is further survived by her many other loved relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels; 1410 Jacaman Rd.
