David Garza, Jr.

David Garza, Jr., 66, entered into eternal rest Monday, September 26, 2011.-

Mr. Garza was currently employed with El Metro Transit.-He retired from Uniroyal Tire Company after 27 years of service. His steadfast dedication to his work and family will be greatly missed.

David was preceded in death by his parents, David and Eulogia Garza, Sr.; father-in-law, Jesus Castillo and mother-in-law, Manuela Castillo.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Manuela Garza; children, Dubelza (Ahmed) Alomar, Denise (Jose F.) Resendiz and David Daniel Garza; 4 grandchildren, Alia Alomar, Adam Alomar, Evelyn Resendiz and Emily Resendiz; sister, Delia Garcia; sisters-in-law, Romana (Jose) Valdez, Maria Elena (Jose) Perales and Maria Guadalupe (Jose) Gonzalez; and brothers-in-law, Guadalupe (Bella) Castillo and Jesus Castillo, Jr.

Pallbearers were: David Daniel Garza, Ahmed Alomar, Jose F. Resendiz, Mario Alfonso Garca, Toribio Garza, Jr. Jose Garca, Jr., Jose A. Valdez, Jr. and Mario Bustamante.

Honorary Pallbearers were: Jose A. Valdez, Jose B. Perales, Jose Gonzalez, Arturo Morales, Jose "Flash" Lerma as well as El Metro Employees.
