Clemente Ruiz

Clemente Roberto Ruiz, 58, left to join his two sons, Clemente Roberto Ruiz Jr. and Cesar Rolando Ruiz at his eternal resting place in paradise with the Lord on March 29, 2012, after a courageous battle with ALS.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Elma I. Ruiz; son, David J. Ruiz; grandson, David J. Ruiz Jr.; daughter, Carol L. Ruiz; mother, Josephine Grace Rendon-Ruiz; father, Leopoldo (Belia) Ruiz Jr.; siblings, Leopoldo (Carmen) Ruiz III, Teresita (Luis) Guerra, Dora (Rogelio Jose) Santos, Wayo (Lupita) Ruiz, Rosario (Ramiro) Galindo, Jesus (Monica) Ruiz; as well as numerous step brothers, step sisters, nieces, nephews, and other loved relatives and friends.-

Clemente founded Ruiz Properties and was involved in Real Estate for the majority of his life. Through this business, he was able to help people achieve their dream of landownership. Clemente was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a man of strong faith and a devout Catholic who believed in God's providence. But most of all, he was a man filled with a heart of gold and was always there to lend a helping hand to family and friends without any reservations.

The family would like to express a sincere appreciation to all those who cared and prayed for him, most especially his caretaker, Rose Ponce, Msgr. Tom Davis, Father John Jesus, and St. Patrick's Men's ACTS and Devine Mercy Prayer Groups; as well as Dr. Arturo Garza-Gongora for being by his side throughout his illness and for always respecting his wishes.
