August 13, 1952 – January 13, 2018

Chuck Jacaman, Jr. was called to be with our Creator and Father on Saturday, January 13, 2018.

Chuck was a life-long Laredoan who graduated from J.W. Nixon High School. He was a local business owner with over 40 years in the transportation industry. Chuck was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Known as a daredevil, his biggest passion was flying. Additionally, he was an avid athlete, golfer, and enjoyed being out in the South Texas brush country. Easily recognizable in his cowboy hat and boots, he was nicknamed the “Marlboro Man.” His fun loving spirit will live on forever.

He was preceded in death by his father, Chuck Jacaman Sr.

Surviving him are his mother, Fairris Jacaman; his wife, Amelie Rocio Jacaman; children, Chuck (Lindsay) Jacaman III, Justin (Melissa) Jacaman, Jennifer Jacaman; grandchildren, Ashley Jacaman, Graham Jacaman; siblings, Robert (Veronica) Jacaman, Linda (Buddy) Bruni, Denise Jacaman Garza, and Tracy (Honore) Ligarde. He is further survived by numerous other loved relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, the 19th of January 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Chapel service will commence at 10:30 a.m.

Interment will then follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Chuck Jacaman III, Justin Jacaman, Jesse Jacaman, Kerim Jacaman, Buddy Bruni, Librado Piña, Leopoldo Rodriguez Jr., and Alan Jones.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Robert Jacaman, Sr., Honore Ligarde, Dr. Leopoldo Rodriguez, Taylor Peters, Rafael “Fayo” Mainero, Eduardo “Lalo” Cañamar, Eddie Jacaman, Harry Aizenberg, Roberto Laurel Jr., and Dr. Dennis Cantu.
