Cesar Gutierrez, Jr

Cesar Gutierrez, Jr, 79, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

Cesar was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather.  He enjoyed spending time and spoiling his grandchildren.  He loved singing, especially mariachi songs, and would often sing at family gatherings.  He also loved collecting cars, and he would often be scrolling through the internet in search of them.  In more recent days, he loved to play cards with his family to pass the time.  Cesar was known for having one of the biggest hearts and lots of times showed it through his selfless acts.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Cesar and Eva Gutierrez and brother; Trinidad Gutierrez.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 45 years; Elsa Gutierrez, their children; Yvonne (Nelson) Gutierrez Vargas, Cesar Alberto Gutierrez, Analee G. (Edward) Ochoa, Armando I. (Jenelle) Gutierrez, Ariana M. Gutierrez. In addition, his siblings; Roberto Gutierrez, Rosella Newman, Griselda G. Pena, Ruben A. Gutierrez, his adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Sunday, May 16, 2021 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

The family would like to extend their most heartfelt gratitude to: Guiding Light Hospice especially to nurse Alexandra for her amazing care.
