CELIA OLMOS

March 2, 1951 – December 15, 2024

Mrs. Celia Olmos, 73, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, December 15, 2024. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lauro Moreno.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Anabel Moreno (Jose Granados), Rocio (Jose) Garcia, and Cecilia Moreno (Joaquin Vasquez); grandchildren, Luis Garcia, Lauro Moreno, Lucia Granados, Luna Granados, Emily Jo Garcia, Jose Cruz Garcia V., Daniel Steven Mabry, Amy Kate Mabry, Juan David Vasquez, and Elian Joaquin Vasquez; sibling, Luisa Flores, Elfego Olmos, Valentina Peralta, and Roberto Olmos; She is also survived by other loving nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. 

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday evening, December 17, 2024, from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday morning, December 18, 2024 departing at 8:00 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
