Celia Canales

Celia Canales, 81, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 24, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.-

Celia Canales was a kind and loving person who had a heart of gold and was loved and cherished by all who knew her or came to know her.-She lived her life to the fullest always surrounded by her children and grandchildren, to whom she dedicated all her time, life and love to.-Her family was always her pride and joy, and her home was always a home to everyone.-It was a place to live, love, laugh, cry, and at the end always bringing peace to all. "That house was founded upon the Rock and therefore, God's provision was forever present." (Matthew 7:25).
She was a wonderful beautiful woman who will always be remembered and missed.

Celia Canales was preceded in death by her parents Jose Santos and Nemecia Gonzalez, husband Marcelo Canales, and her beloved grandson Jose Marcelo Canales.

She is survived by her sons and daughters; Beatriz Montoya, Marcelo (Irma) Canales, Jr., Maricela (Sergio) Galindo, Marisa (Rolando) Chapa, Francisco Javier (Juanita) Canales, Jose Oscar (Anna) Canales, Jesus Mario Canales, Luis Roberto (Laura) Canales, Saul (Lupita) Canales, and Celia (Steven) Queen.-She is also survived by her sister Martha SanMiguel, 24 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loved relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Marcelo Canales, Jr., Francisco Javier Canales, Jose Oscar Canales, Jesus Mario Canales, Luis Roberto Canales, Saul Canales, Steven Queen, Sergio Galindo and Rolando Chapa.
