Carmen J. Rubio, 94, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, January 22, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband Martin G. Rubio; and parents, Prudencio and Carmen Juarez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Martin E. (Wilhelmina) Rubio, Laura V. (Pedro) Rodriguez, Brenda A. (Filiberto) Flores, Melva (Felix) Munguia, Saul G. (Michelle) Rubio; 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by numerous other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, January 25, 2023 from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday morning, January 26, 2023 departing Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

A private cremation will be held at a later date.

Pallbearers will be: Saul Rubio, Filiberto Flores, Jr., Filiberto Flores III, Carlos Damian Rodriguez, Christian Rodriguez, Martin E. Rubio, Mathew Rubio, and Kristina M. Meeks.
