Carmen Esparza

Carmen Muoz Esparza, 89, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Thursday, May 22, 2014. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Camerina De Hoyos Esparza. She is survived by her beloved children, Salvador (Martha) Esparza and Carmen Mijares Esparza; son-in-law, Rafael De Hoyos; grandchildren, Karina De Hoyos, Natasha De Hoyos, Karla (Francisco) De Hoyos Cervantes, Yolizma (Jorge) Esparza Flores, Salvador Esparza, Jr., Emilio Carlos Esparza, Yavette Esparza, Carmen Mijares, Perla Mijares, Lucero (Juan) Martinez, Lorraine (Ruben) Tamez Silva and Jose Antonio Mijares, Jr.; 15 great-grandchildren; as well as by numerous other loved relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez. A Vigil for the Deceased will commence at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, May 24, 2014 departing at 8:40 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
