Blanca Castaneda

February 3, 1947 — July 23, 2013

Blanca Maria Castaneda, 66, entered into her eternal rest on Tuesday, July 23, 2013.-Blanca worked for Mercy Regional Medical Center for over 30 years.-Her presence will be missed by her loving nieces.

Blanca was preceded in death by her parents: Jose and Maria Luisa Castaneda; her sister, Grace (Joe C.) Magnon, and her best friend, Maria Sylvia "Corky" Sanchez.

She is survived by her nieces: Christine Denise (William Marc) Shipp, Shawn Marie (Brad) Henson, Michelle Louise Magnon, along with her great nephews and nieces.

Arrangements are under the direction of the funeral service professionals at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring @ Cortez, Laredo, TX.
