Blanca C. Benavides, 79, our beloved Christian wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend of many, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
She was a loyal and dedicated believer of God who leaves a legacy of the value of wisdom and most importantly a true example of a believer in God.-She was a mother of prayer with a firm spiritual foundation.
She was a great mix of tenderness and iron-hard strength.-This incredible gift from our mother offers tribute to the wise lessons she passed on to us.-
Our beloved Blanca was a remarkable person and handcrafted addition to God's awesome creation; she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.-
She leaves to celebrate a victorious life in Christ.-The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers and support in many heartfelt forms from everyone.-
She will be fondly remembered in one sentence: "Our angel that lived, laughed and loved."
Blanca is survived by her loving husband: Juan Francisco Benavides; her children: San Juanita (Victor Manuel) Mendoza, Maricela Benavides, Mario Alberto (Eva) Benavides, Maria (Antonio) Rivera, Blanca E. (Matias M., Jr.) Buentello, and Leticia Benavides; grandchildren: Christine Mendoza, Victor Mendoza, Jr., Mario A. (Alana) Benavides, Jr., Priscilla Benavides, Abdiel Rivera, Abigail Rivera, Justin Buentello, Jennifer Buentello; great-grandchildren: Mario A. Benavides III., and Marco Antonio Benavides.-She is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, other loved relatives and friends.
