Mr. Billie Porter, 80, has peacefully entered into his eternal rest on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at his home. He was born in Dallas, Texas on November 26, 1936 to John Farrell and Elizabeth Porter, who predecease him.

Surviving him is his loving wife of 28 years of marriage: Idalia Williams Porter

Billie was an educator for over 38 years, having worked throughout the state and retired from the Laredo Independent School District.
