Aurora Serrano

Aurora Serrano, 45, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, November 18, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Teresita Martinez, and aunt Alejandra Lopez.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Yesvet (Jaime Nieto) Buruato; son Benito Buruato, Jr.; grandson Jaime Israel Nieto; parents Juan and Xochitl L. Serrano. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday evening, November 20, 2018 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday morning, November 21, 2018 departing at 8 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass at 8:30 a.m.

A private cremation and inurnment will be held at a later date.
