AURORA S. RAMIREZ July 30, 1925 - November 15, 2014 Aurora S. Ramirez, 89, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 15, 2014 surrounded by her loving and caring family. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, Alejandro Ramirez. Aurora is survived by her beloved daughter, Oralia R. (Porfirio) Mendez; grandchildren, Porfirio (Sylvia) Mendez Jr., Raymond (Mae) Mendez, Audrey (Bobby) Gonzalez; great grandchildren, Alexander Mendez, Veronica Mendez, Julian Mendez, Isabella Mendez, Arielle Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez; siblings, Mary (Ernie) Estrada, Gilberto (Emma) de los Santos, Ruperto (Inez) de los Santos, as well as by numerous loved relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Vigil for the Deceased will commence at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday morning, November 21, 2014 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
