ARTURO TENIENTE, JR. November 22, 1972 - March 30, 2014 Arturo Teniente, Jr., 41, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 30, 2014. He was preceded in death by his grandparents as well as by his aunts and uncles. Arturo is survived by his beloved spouse, Maria de la Rosa; parents, Arturo Teniente, Sr. and Ana Maria Ramirez; children, Arturo Teniente, III, Jerry Edwin (Vanessa) Mills, III, James Edwin (Laura) Mills, and Janith Eliza (Alexander Barron) Mills; and grandchildren, Jerry Edwin Mills, III, Amber Leann Mills, Nicholas James Mills, Marley Barron, and Rose Mae (Deja) Mills. He is further survived by his brother and sisters, Manuel Antonio (Sylvia) Teniente, Cecilia (Arturo) Salinas and Chole Ann; mother-in-law, Lucia de la Rosa; and brother and sisters-in-law, Juan Antonio de la Rosa, Alejandro de la Rosa, Irma (Ricardo) Ramirez, Fernando (Cynthia) de la Rosa, and Jesus (Lilia) de la Rosa. The Family would like to extend their utmost gratitude to: Mr. and Mrs. Memo and Petra Castro, the Jackson Family, and Marco Perez, RN of the Laredo Medical Center ICU for all of their support and attention given to the family during this difficult time. They would also like to express their heartfelt thanks to Greg and Eddie Prew for giving Arturo a chance to begin his career and for supporting him throughout. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 03, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A prayer service will commence at 7 p.m. A Chapel service will be conducted on Friday, April 04, 2014. Time is still pending. Interment will be held at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
