Mrs. Armandina G. Gonzalez, 74, entered into the arms of the heavenly father on Saturday, January 2, 2016, surrounded by her loving and caring family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Ruben M. Gonzalez, Sr.; son, Jose Gonzalez; parents: Arturo and Maria Gonzalez.

Left behind to cherish her memories are her loving children: Ruben (Blanca G) Gonzalez, Victor (Blanca S.) Gonzalez, Ricardo (Graciela) Gonzalez, Rolando R. (Mary Lou) Gonzalez; grandchildren: Venessa Y. Gonzalez, Joel R. Gonzalez, Noe M. Gonzalez, Victor M. Gonzalez, Jr., Carlos A. Gonzalez, Erica G. (Jorge) Sanchez, Ricardo Gonzalez Jr., Michael A. (Amy) Dominguez-Gonzalez, Bernadette Mays, Daniel Mays; great-grandchildren: Jorge Sanchez, Jr., Kaylee L. Gonzalez, Isabella Dominguez, as well as her brothers and sisters: Arturo Gonzalez Jr., Jose Luis Gonzalez, Juan Manuel Gonzalez, Teresa Mejia, Benita Gonzalez, Maria de Jesus Gonzalez, Rosa Hilda Escamilla and in addition to her immediate family, she is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many beloved relatives and great friends.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Vigil and Rosary scheduled to be recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart the funeral chapel on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 8:40 a.m. to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
