June 30, 1932 - January 21, 2013

Antonio Ramirez Sr., 80, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 21, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Joaquin and Maria D. Ramirez Sr.; son, Antonio Ramirez Jr.; and brother, Reynaldo Ramirez.-

Antonio is survived by his beloved wife, Teresa F. Ramirez; children, Nayda (Oscar) Ortiz; Gerardo (Erika) Ramirez; grandchildren, Nayda Anissa Ortiz, Isabella Ortiz, Gerardo Isaac Ramirez, Joseph Gerrick Ramirez; siblings, Joaquin (Yolanda) Ramirez Jr., Angelita Trevino (+Antonio), Marciana (Martin) Benavidez, Francisco Ramirez, Benito Ramirez, Delfina (Jim) Taylor, Rodolfo Ramirez, Blanca Ramirez, and Juan Ramirez . He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Chapel; 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Vigil for the Deceased will be celebrated at 7 p.m.

Funeral Procession will depart at 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013 from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 a.m.

Interment will then follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
