On Sunday, December 11, 2016, God called Angelica M. Garcia to His eternal home. Lovingly and peacefully she entered into the arms of the heavenly Father, while being surrounded by her many relatives and friends.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Roberto Garcia, parents: Felipe and Paula Martinez and grandson; Robert Garcia

She is survived and will be dearly missed by her children: Maria Elizabeth Garcia, Roberto (Ana) Garcia Jr., Juanita (Jesus?) Garza, Jaime Garcia, Angelica Garcia, and Paula (Robert) Lopez; siblings: Lucia Fernandez and Lauro Martinez. She is loved by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren as well as by other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, December 16, 2016, at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral and Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening with a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary being recited at 7 pm.

Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 17, 2016, departing the funeral home at 8 am for a Mass of Christian Burial at San Luis Rey Catholic Church at 8:30 am.

Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
