Andres Dimas, 91, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Friday, June 9, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mauricio and Rafaela Treviño Dimas; brothers, Mauricio Dimas, Jr., Domingo Dimas, Carlos Dimas, and sister, Rafaela Dimas.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Nohemi G. Dimas; sons, Andres Dimas, Jr., Jose F. (Sonia) Dimas, Rafael Dimas; daughter, Nohemi (Martin) Lara; 5 grandchildren, Martin Lara, Jr., Mauricio A. Lara, Debora Lara, Marcos A. Lara, and Hannah Dimas.  He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday morning, June 14, 2023 departing Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels at 8:30 a.m. to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:15 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by The Laredo Veteran's Honor Guard.

Pallbearers will be: Andres Dimas, Jr., Jose Dimas, Rafael Dimas, Martin Lara, Jr., Mauricio Lara, Marcos Lara, and Martin Lara, Sr.
