Alicia Nieto

Alicia M. Nieto went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 15, 2011.-

Alicia was born on April 1, 1922 in Laredo, Texas.-Mama Licha as she was known by her Loved Ones will be remembered for her generosity and willingness to help others as well as her ability to create a harmonious atmosphere wherever her presence was evident. Those of us that have been influenced by her Love should carry on her Legacy. Her Love for her Husband and Children as well as the rest of her family and many friends will endure the Test of Time.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jose R. Nieto and son Sergio Arnoldo Nieto.

She is survived by her daughter Gloria Alicia Elizondo; sons Refugio Homero (Esperanza) Nieto, Hector Mario (Yolanda) Nieto, Oscar Rolando (Rachel) Nieto and her daughter-in-law Herlinda Nieto.-She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
