Alfredo "Freddy" Flores, Jr.

Mr. Alfredo "Freddy" Raul Flores Jr., 63, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in the comfort of his home. He was a loving, energetic, spirited man that loved his family, the ranch life, and his marvelous collection of books. Freddy was born in Laredo and lived here his entire life. He leaves behind many beautiful and cherished memories.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Alfredo Raul Sr. and Maria Santos Flores; and his beloved sister, Maria Dora Castro.

Left behind to cherish his memory are: his beloved sister, Magda Garcia (Alfonso); as well by his nephews and nieces who loved their uncle Freddy, Isabel “Abel” Castro III, Ana Castro-Aguilar (Jose Alberto Sr.), Marisa Cover (Don), Hector Rocha III (Ashley), Michelle Rocha, and Cristina (Dr. Ting) Chang; grand-nephews and nieces, Miguel Angel “Mike” Castro (Danielle Grier), Raul Antonio Castro, Myrna Alejandra Castro, Emmanuel Trinidad Castro, Carlos Daniel Aguilar, Christian David Aguilar, Joaquin Alexander Cover, Israel Dominic Cover, and Mackenzie Lisa Cover; as well as by extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend their most sincere appreciation to his physician, Maritza Roman, FNP-C.

Graveside Services will be held today, Wednesday afternoon, April 28, 2021 at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
