AGUSTIN HINOJOSA

NOVEMBER 25, 1923 - MAY 22, 2016

Agustin "Toto" Hinojosa, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the age of 92.

Mr. Agustin Hinojosa was a taxi driver in Laredo for more than 20 years. He was also an avid fan of baseball, and absolutely loved spending most of his time with his wife and family. He was a true man with a genuine and kind heart, and will be greatly missed and remembered always by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Cristina Hinojosa, and his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years of marriage, Cristina L. Hinojosa; his son Adrian Ruben Hinojosa; his daughter Norma (Juan) Martinez; his grandchildren, Ruby Martinez, Veronica (Les) Maes, Ruben Hinojosa, Gerardo "Jerry" (Diana) Hinojosa, Eduardo "Eddie" (Sylvia "Lizzy") Hinojosa, Jeronimo "Mito" Santos, Carolina Loredo, and Joaquin "Kino" Santos; and 14 great-grandchildren. He also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be recited at 7 in the evening.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2016 departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. to San Agustin Cathedral for a Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m.

All services will conclude the same day.
