Mr. Aguinaldo Rubio, Sr., 81, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adolfo and Cecilia Rubio; his son Aguinaldo Rubio, Jr.; brothers and sisters, Adolfo (Armandina) Rubio, Adelfa (Jose) Rubio Hinojosa, Araceli Rubio Paredes, Aurora (Pedro) Cristan, Abelardo (Margarita) Rubio, and Alvaro Alfonso Rubio.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angelina G. Rubio; his children, Adriana Rubio, Alicia (Gilbert) Gamez, Yolanda M. Rubio, Abe (Sonia F.) Rubio, Annette (Dr. Jose Manuel) Gonzalez, Jr., Amede (Dr. Adriana Blasco) Rubio; 17 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brother Alberto (Veronica) Rubio; sisters, Angelica Rubio, Alma (Jorge) Rubio-Madrigal; brother-in-law, Enrique Paredes, Jr.; sister-in-law, Irma S. Rubio; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be recited at 7 in the evening.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 1, 2017 departing the chapel at 9:40 a.m. to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Laredo City Cemetery; with military honors provided by U.S. Airforce.
