ADAN ROCHA

January 04, 1937 – February 12, 2023

Adan Rocha, 86, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, February 12, 2023. Mr. Rocha retired from Halliburton Services and after his retirement, he continued working for Transamerican Natural Gas Corporation and finally retired from U.I.S.D transportation.

He was preceded in passing by: his parents Valentin Rocha and Inez M. Rocha; brothers Valentin Rocha, Jr., Juan Rocha, Jose Maria Rocha, Benito Rocha, Felix Rocha, Felipe Rocha, Gabriel Rocha, and sister Teresa De Leon.

Left to cherish his memory are: his children Maria Teresa (Gerardo) Rodriguez, Diana (Rudolph) Edwards, Adan Rocha, Jr. (Lidia) and Melissa Rocha; sisters; Eva (Juan Manuel †) De Leon, Hortencia Rocha, Josefina (Eralio†) Peña; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez.  A Rosary will be held at 7pm.

Funeral services will be held on Friday morning, February 17, 2023, departing Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels at 9:30 a.m. to Santo Niño Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian at 10:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Memorial Gardens of Laredo.

Pallbearers will be:  Mario Moncivais, Jr., Aiden Jay Villanueva, Gerardo Rodriguez, Andy Rocha, Mario De Leon, and Mario Moncivais, Sr.

The family would like to extend their most heartfelt gratitude to: Dr. Ricardo Cigarroa, Felipe Vaquera, PA and all his staff.
